Learning: In our beginning and for many years after, we were Homebuilders. During that time we learned how important it was to have subcontractors that were there on time, and did their work with quality materials and capable installers. Dependable! Any of our BUILDER CLIENTS will confirm we are that kind of subcontractor.
Expanding: Phasing out of homebuilding, we added related products to offer our Homebuilders and Homeowner clients. They like our one-stop shop. Along with traditional wire shelving by Rubbermaid, we offer custom laminate shelving in a variety of colors and options. We also provide a selection of bath hardware (towel bars, etc.), mirrors, shower doors, door hardware, and we install them for you.
You Are The Boss: When we work for you, we will make helpful suggestions because we are good at what we do. In the end, we do it your way. A few of our Homebuilders trying to keep costs under control offer a basic closet layout usually consisting of a single shelf per closet. That is okay. Most of our Homebuilders send their buyers to us for custom closet upgrades. We charge the Homebuilder for basic closets and the buyer for the upgrades. The Homebuilder maintains his costs; the buyer gets closets designed for their needs. Everyone is happy!
Homeowners Like What We Do: Babies are born, toddlers become teenagers who grow up and move out. Closet needs also change. Whether you have a full blown remodeling project, or just want to respace your existing closets for more room, good design creates more space. We are good at closet designing, and it is free.
Architectural Specialties: Beautiful crown and cornice moldings, chair rails, panel molding, medallions, domes, niches and a variety of other special accent products will transform your home interior from nice to really special. You can install several molding styles yourself with Quick Clips and “Mitre Free” blocks, or we can provide installation.
Garage Products: You can renew your garage with Rubbermaid hang rail for cabinets and a wide range of accessories. Once installed you can rearrange your garage space without tools, screws, nails or any of the usual stuff. It’s great and you’ll love it.
Outdoor Products: Moving to the backyard, you can choose from an array of beautiful low/no maintenance outdoor products. The fun begins on your party deck of Azek, Evergrain, Timbertech, Genovations or Decklok decking. So many colors and textures to pick from. Railings can be aluminum, composite, or PVC, available in several styles. A pergola over your deck, or an arbor or gazebo out in the yard adds a lot of charm. Keep the dogs and the kids in with an attractive low maintenance no paint fence.
Commercial Products: We also offer Division 10 Commercial Products such as Global toilet partitions, ASI washroom products, corner guards, signage, grab bars, etc. We can also provide installation if you want.
